Activity Information

The 1st lake and breathtaking views appear suddenly after 45min of hiking on a moderate trail. At the rest area we will stop for a break to take pictures of the 1st lake and Mt Vingolf. The trail meanders along the lake shore and soon you end up at the meadow at the south side of the lake with Mt. Vingolf towering above.

From the non-established campsite we continue hiking along the sub-alpine to the 2nd lake and from there we ascend to the Col where we have a rest and enjoy the views of the Valhalla Mountain Range. This trip can also be turned into an overnight backpacking trip. Day trip or 2 day backpacking trip.
